We see scheduling as the art of planning our activities to achieve our goals and priorities in the time we have available. So, most of everything we do at Creative Roots Landscaping – from making money to the many ways we continually build on our company culture – is first planned and then scheduled. Whether we are planning to make more money, improve on training, have more fun, or anything else our team has agreed will improve the business those plans will be in turn become scheduled.
